What happened in Venezuela was wrong. We should never have gone in and taken out the president the way we did; however, Maduro was a bad man. He shouldn’t have had power in the first place. He lost the 2024 election and decided to stay in power. How we went about it was wrong, but also the right thing to do. It makes me very upset that I agree with the current administration. I wish I had harsher words for them right now. The idea of taking out a shitty leader is at the top of the world news, being shunned, being applauded, is so crazy. This is definitely old school shit. Nothing could have prepared us for this. The tensions running high. Countries with different ideologies. Oh wait… Isn’t that the plot to World War II? I’m not saying that it is wrong to remove a corrupt and evil leader. In fact I’m all for it. The fact that all of the leading countries are in fact run by corrupt and evil leaders is the issue. China, well run by an evil leader, India, run by a wuss, UAE run by greed (aka the same fuel that runs them all), and lastly the good old US of A. They are all in it to win it and I applaud them for their tenacity, but they have lost the humanity. The more money they have they forget the plights of the populace. We don’t have those luxuries. We don’t have the time. We have a paycheck that will get us from point Monday to point Friday. Do I think that all tyrannical regimes should fall? Absolutely. But, I do care more about how United States of America citizens will feed their families, or take care of the land. The issues that the media espouses is ignorant to what is going on in American homes. The upper echelon of the government is so disconnected to what is going on in most homes that we’re are left to our own devices.We listen to the talk and the debate and try to decide for ourselves what is true. This is hard when everyone is lying to push their rich people agenda. Keeping us down while they make all the money.
